The Applied Behavioral Sciences (ABS) Gambling Treatment Program is a New York State OASAS approved program. Our clinical director is affiliated with the New York City Problem Gambling Resource Center (PGRC) as a participating clinician in their referral network of Problem Gambling Treatment Specialists.
The core program is 16 weeks in length and designed to provide psycho-educational counseling, family therapy, rehabilitative psychotherapy and group psychotherapy. The goal of the program is to provide participants and there families with the information, insights and skills that are needed to successfully gain improved self control over the compulsion to engage in problematic gambling.
The ABS Gambling Treatment Program is accredited by The New York Council on Problem Gambling (NYCPG) and treatment can be offered to client’s at no cost.
